Magnetic testing equipment is mainly divided into magnetic flux testing and surface magnetic field distribution testing. Magnetic properties are detected through different magnetic measurement principles. Magnetic flux testing is generally used for testing the total strength of magnetic properties, while surface magnetic field distribution testing is generally used for testing the uniformity of magnetic performance distribution.

Magnetic flux test
Magnetic flux testing generally consists of a testing coil and a flux meter, testing the changes in magnetic field strength on one surface.
According to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, the change in magnetic flux when the tested object passes through the test coil will generate induced electromotive force (i.e. inductive induced voltage). The magnetic flux meter then calculates the magnetic flux based on the principle of time integration of the induced voltage, and the unit of magnetic flux is generally mWb.
Magnetic flux testing equipment can perform full magnetic performance testing on the tested object online and monitor it by setting upper and lower limits, making it a fast and effective magnetic testing device.
