Suspension application

Suspension is commonly used in two types of high-efficiency and energy-saving fans: air suspension fans and magnetic levitation fans.

Air Suspension Fan: Air suspension fans use aerodynamic principles to draw in and accelerate gas through high-speed rotating impellers, generating pressure and flow rate. When the impeller rotates in the air, it utilizes the viscosity of the air and Bernoulli's law to generate upward lift on the gas, thereby suspending and driving the rotor to rotate.

Magnetic levitation fan: The magnetic levitation fan uses the principle of magnetic force to suspend the rotor in the air. The magnetic field between the rotor and stator is coupled to generate torque and rotational force. By adjusting the strength and direction of the magnetic field, the rotational speed and direction of the rotor can be controlled. They are widely used in industrial fields, such as municipal sewage, textile printing and dyeing, petrochemical industry, leather paper making, pharmaceutical food, steel and cement, fuel cells, aerospace, military ships, precision machinery, etc.
